VALDONE Au Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its entire discretion. Any modifications made imply that you agree to comply with and be bound by these modified changes. Although no such change will affect any Made-To-Measure purchase you have already made with us. Please note that these terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Every time you order products or our services, please ensure you fully understand the T&C’s which will apply at that time and will be applicable in the contract between you and us.

VALDONE Au Limited accepts orders from those over 18. By accessing the website you must assure that you are legally entitled to do and to make use of the information available on the site. If you are under 18 years old you must let your parent or guardian know about VALDONE Au Limited Privacy Policy before you use any of the services provided by the website.

The website and its contents are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, and are the exclusive property of VALDONE Au Limited. Such content includes, but is not limited to structure, software, multimedia (graphic, audio, and video), photography, images, texts, illustrations, logos, etc. 

All intellectual property rights related to our products or any other bespoke items purchased from us remain owned by VALDONE Au Limited.

The information contained on the website is only for private and non-commercial use. Any other use of the content of the website, including its reproduction for purposes other than your personal, modification, dissemination or reproduction without VALDONE Au Limited prior written consent, is strictly forbidden.

You agree that all suggestions, drawings, concepts, comments, photos, and testimonials, communicated or entrusted to VALDONE Au Limited through this website are considered as VALDONE Au Limited property.

VALDONE Au Limited shall not be held liable form imprecision regarding the content available on the Site or any direct or indirect damage while accessing our website.

VALDONE Au Limited shall not be held liable and provides no guarantee of the absence of programs such as viruses, worms or Trojan horses, etc. By using this website, you agree to do so at your own risk and take full responsibility for any loss of data and the costs related to any assistance or repair of any hardware or software used by you.

VALDONE Au Limited reserves the right to withdraw any said authorisation at any moment. VALDONE Au Limited declines any liability while accessing such websites and their written or editorial content. Any websites with hypertext links to or any one of the Site’s components are not under the control of VALDONE Au Limited. 

The Terms in this Section apply to any purchase of Made-To-Measure Products (as defined below).

Every single product on the site is only available as Made-To-Measure. This means that we will manufacture the product for you only after the online order is completed. Please note: we do not keep any of our garments in stock.

Made-to-measure products will be shipped between 6-8 weeks from the order’s date.

VALDONE Au Bespoke orders such as bridal and evening gowns or any partially/fully customised garments, etc., will be shipped between 6-8 months from the date that the order is placed. The estimated date that the Bespoke product will be completed will be e-mailed to you after submitting your order. 

Please note that you will be charged the full amount immediately after placing an order for both Made-To-Measure and Bespoke products. Your order is not confirmed until the payment is made in full amount.

To provide our made-to-measure services and ensure the right fit VALDONE Au Limited will request your body measurements prior manufacturing the garment via 

Please note that you will not be able to cancel the order after the manufacturing process starts (ex. the pattern is altered and the fabric is cut). We will notify you about the manufacturing stage via e-mail updates. 

VALDONE Au Limited delivers to the United Kingdom only.

VALDONE Au Limited does not deliver items to business addresses, university campuses, PO boxes or hotels. Orders to any of the destinations mentioned will not be processed.

We are pleased that delivery charges to the United Kingdom are offered free of charge by VALDONE Au Limited.

VALDONE Au Limited will send you e-mail updates on the progress of your order.

Please ensure that all the information concerning billing and shipping is correct. We cannot make changes to the shipping address after the courier has processed an order and it has been dispatched.

All the Made-To-Measure and bespoke online purchases will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after being crafted.

Please get in touch with us directly for any enquiries on orders outside the UK. VALDONE Au Limited is not responsible for these or any other fees charged by customs or customs clearance. Please be aware that customs might delay the delivery and the customer must pay for these extra charges.

VALDONE Au Limited makes custom-made garments for each individual client therefore, they cannot be returned, nor refunded. Accordingly, the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and does not apply to faulty goods.

Any request for a return or a refund must be supported by proof of purchase. In the event of a refund, the customer is eligible for a refund in full cost excluding any shipping costs. Orders will be refunded by the original payment method less the cost of any credit card fees.

VALDONE Au Limited keeps full discretion on whether the product is considered faulty or not.

VALDONE Au Limited provides the client with specific care instructions of each garment. Not adhering to the recommended guidelines may result in damaging the garment. VALDONE Au Limited shall not be held liable for any damages caused by improper care. Please note that any damages caused by improper care will not classify for the free of charge alteration service.

Each garment is manufactured according to the measurements provided by the customer. VALDONE Au Limited shall not be held liable for any changes in the fit due to weight gain or loss.

In the unlikely situation in which you are not satisfied with the fit of the garment, VALDONE Au Limited provides with 1 free of charge alterations service for 28 days after the delivery date.


Instructions on returning the Made-To-Measure garment for alterations:

1 – Place the garment in the original shipping box;

2 – Email for the alterations request with the order number and a specified day for pick up (Monday to Friday only). Pick up time will depend on the collection service within your region;

3 – Await our email with the details for the parcel pickup confirmation;

4 – Include the documentation sent to you via email inside the original packaging including the original invoice. The shipping label can be handed to the pick-up driver. Please have the sealed box and the documentation ready for the pre-determined time. 

5 – Once we have processed the alterations a confirmation email will be sent you with further information on the delivery.
