Returns and Alterations

VALDONE Au Limited makes custom-made garments for each individual client therefore, they cannot be returned, nor refunded. Accordingly, the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and does not apply to faulty goods.

 

Any request for a return or a refund must be supported by proof of purchase. In the event of a refund, the customer is eligible for a refund in full cost excluding any shipping costs. Orders will be refunded by the original payment method less the cost of any credit card fees.

VALDONE Au Limited keeps full discretion on whether the product is considered faulty or not.

 

VALDONE Au Limited provides the client with specific care instructions of each garment. Not adhering to the recommended guidelines may result in damaging the garment. VALDONE Au Limited shall not be held liable for any damages caused by improper care. Please note that any damages caused by improper care will not classify for the free of charge alteration service.

 

Each garment is manufactured according to the measurements provided by the customer. VALDONE Au Limited shall not be held liable for any changes in the fit due to weight gain or loss.

In the unlikely situation in which you are not satisfied with the fit of the garment, VALDONE Au Limited provides with a free of charge alterations service for 28 days after the delivery date.

 

Instructions on returning the Made-To-Measure garment for alterations:

1 – Place the garment in the original shipping box;

2 – Email [email protected] for the alterations request with the order number and a specified day for pick up (Monday to Friday only). Pick up time will depend on the collection service within your region;

3 – Await our email with the details for the parcel pickup confirmation;

4 – Include the documentation sent to you via email inside the original packaging including the original invoice. The shipping label can be handed to the pick-up driver. Please have the sealed box and the documentation ready for the pre-determined time. 

5 – Once we have processed the alterations a confirmation email will be sent t you with further information on the delivery.
